A practical three day course for parents and carers supporting children or young people with SEND who may experience distress or challenging behaviour.
Delivered by Differences Not Disabilities, a SEND education and behavioural company that works with schools, organisations and families, this course provides real, usable strategies that can be applied immediately at home.
You will learn how to understand behaviour, reduce triggers, de escalate situations, and manage crisis safely while maintaining dignity. Includes preventative strategies, communication techniques, and guided last resort safety approaches on day 3.
